Shipping policy

  • To return your product, you should mail your product to: VTP RAIRAH FOODS PVT LTD, VTP House, Besides PVR Cinema, Near Phoenix Mall, Pune-Nagar Road, Pune, Maharashtra 411014
  • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs towards returning the item. 
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable in case of Exchanges. 
  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund 
  • You should consider using a shipping service with tracking facility. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. 
  • Depending on where you live, the time for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

Refund policy

# Cancellation 

  • An order cancellation request will be accepted only if the product has not yet been shipped by us. 
  • If request for cancellation is accepted, you are entitled to get a refund of the entire amount.

# Exchanges and returns are only allowed in the following unlikely cases: 

  • Product has gone bad at the time of delivery. 
  • Inappropriate packing i.e. torn packets or tampered seal at the time of delivery. 
  • Products have expired by the time of delivery. 
  • N.B.: Proof of bill and original packaging must be provided at the time of exchange. Once used, products will be ineligible for exchange or return.

# Refunds (if applicable) 

  • Our team will do inspection of any returned items. 
  • Notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
  • If approved, the refund will be processed by way of automatic credit to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of 15 working days. 
  • For Cash On Delivery, on approval of refund you will have to share the bank details and we will arrange for the transfer made accordingly. Clearing/ Bank charges will be applicable

# Gifts 

  • If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. 
  • If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped at their address intending to gift you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will manage your return.
